Thinking about hanging around Earl's shop on Monday just to see whether or not this is true.

Someone should call the EPA, and Hollywood, and inform them that Mr. Sheen is riding around with a vehicle that doesn't conform to CARB standards.

I'm not sure about Charlie, but Martin Sheen is the left winger your thinking about. What a lousy parent, he can't control his kid from buying a petrol guzzleing non-carb legal vehicle.

Lets keep this one on topic.

Thanks for the offer Justin, but ill pass. I gave you the benefit of the doubt when i was seeking tunership after getting my truck in June. Lots of people said stay clear of JDM but i didnt listen. I got a very bad taste in my mouth from your business and I feel i should be able to express my bad experience.

If you guys want to maintain a good relationship with the community, perhaps you should all sit down and have a little meeting with the man and figure out what your weaknesses are. Lemme try to help you do better business...

1) DONT charge someones credit card until their ITEMS actually LEAVE your warehouse and the big brown truck has it loaded.

2) Dont take orders on items that are not in stock. Advise the customer that the parts arent here, but are so many days or weeks away. Ask them if they would like to place an order and again, do NOT charge their card until the item ships. Its also nice to call the customer and give them a status on their back orders, at LEAST once a week. That should be standard, period.

3) Treat each customer as if they were Vinnie or RobG

4) For $400,000 inventory, why back orders and no prompt shipping?

5) Call the customers back, instead of ignoring messages.

6) If youre going to have monthly specials, at least be prepared and have the item in stock before hand.

7) Be HONEST with us. JDM has a bad rep for lying and the worse customer service since U.S Sprint

I think if you can do that for a year, you will gain some much needed customers back. But, facts are facts, youre loosing market share to other vendors who really lookout for the customer. You should stop and take note.

I started to mention that myself. I've got the feeling that Charlie is on a mission in life to **** his father off as often as possible. I'd say he's probably done a pretty good job of it so far. The Lightning is a nice touch.

You hit the nail on the head with these two. For any business, these should be STANDARD business practices.

*Disclaimer* - back off. I have never ordered from JDM and am only agreeing with Flying **** that his first two points should be standard business practice for any business.

BTW- Did your wife ever give you the message that I tried to contact you?

Justin@JDM
LOL, I was hoping that Charlie wouldn't be one of the guys to throw just neons, LEDs, and air filter and catback on, and pimp around

I did get the message, but then left to spend that week out of town. I PM'd Jim on NLOC, but didn't get a response... don't think he's logged onto there over the holidays. I don't do phones

Was an exhaust order. Got that fixed by going to Magnaflow R&D in CA and got it for free.

So is this Justin, or is this JDM? I thought Brian was talking to Justin? Geez, how many different people post for you?

From my understand, Jim can't spell very well, so this can't be him, right?
