2002 Pictorial year in review
What a year 2002 has been for me
First- I got engaged to a wonderful girl that I probaly do not deserve
Second - I got to meet a LOT of great Lightning owners at Events, tracks (FFW,Ford@ E-Town, L Shootout).I have done a lot of racing this year and no matter where I went I was always treated nicely by everybody.The Lightning owners are a CLASS ACT.
Third- The L. I call her Alanis because she can be a Bitch to the competition.
She went from 'Mild to Wild' this year and rewarded me with 20,000 trouble free miles, some trophies and an 11 second run or two.
2003- I cannot wait for more events to meet more people and the L has some more mods coming as well.
So please everybody have a FUN but SAFE New Year.

FINALLY!!!!!
I started the year at JDMs with just the truck , but finished the year at JDMs with a lot of good memories and a LOT of good friends.

I can't wait to get some runs in spring of 03 with my fuel problems corrected, the 2-3 upper pulley (on top of the 4lb lower)
slicks, bars, and a few fuel related helpers I got planned coming up.

I got older, balder, fatter, more body parts stopped working, my 8yr old got even more spoiled and out of control, I dumped 2 girl friends, and once again find myself glued to the computer this
winter when I cant be racing and working on my TRUE LOVE.

Great metting you and Terri at Epping this year! It was a pleasure to be the only other red GEN 2 JDM truck (far right) in that picture. Course yours looks a little cleaner cause I got stuck in the grass and made a little bit of a mess. I didn't even make it to the track surface and I already was having traction issues!!!
Hope to see you again this season and i'm planning to make a few stops to the NJ area. Happy New Year
