can someone please tell me how to shrink one of my NEW pictures down to "thumbnail size" so I can put a pic of the Sonic Blue beside my old truck in my signature. This may be a stupid thing to ask, but everytime I try to use my computer's photo software to reduce a picture, it turns really grainey and unclear. I think Doug or Steve did the red one for me like a year ago, so I don't know how they did it.

WTF?
