It somewhat surprised me the response i got for correcting Argent L. maybe i should have thrown in 6 dancing bananas and a grinning devil to soften up the post.

Oh yeah, on the L.V. NSX.... I bought a "special edition" Louis V Leather desk chair at Bloomingdales when I lived in New York City that soaked me about what a used Focus would cost....my cat took a schitt on it....so I gave it to my useless sister-in-law....nuff said.

This post however, was nothing but a snobbish comment that, while directed at Argent L, probably didn't set too well with all us lowly people that see nothing wrong with frequenting such establishments as those mentioned. 2. Deb likes her Coach assys, and for someone to tell me that if I had taste I would have purchased the L.V. stuff. Sounded like an out and out insult towards me for not bying, nor not knowing about L.V.'s stuff. No until this post, i would not have been able to point at a L.V item and ID it.

BTW : If someone told me to my face that I don't have taste for not buying L.V., I'd tell him he is a snob, and **** off. plain and simple. To say I don't have taste for not buying L.V. is to make a presumptious assumption on that person's part. So while this might not be the semantics of snob, it is an example of what a snob might say.

And for the record, there is nothing wrong with shopping at JCP or Wally-World. At least those of us without taste don't think there is.
