Question Bigger exhaust tips

Hey,

I'm looking for bigger exhaust tips... I don't wan't performance gain, and the stock exhaust sounds alright to me right now... so I don't want a full exhaust system. Don't have that kind of money right now. I just want to know where I can get the bigger tips, since the little stock ones just don't look right to me.
Thanks,

LFP sells the Magnaflow tips that are huge. Same tips that are on JDM's catback systems.

Why don't you put a set of zoomies on the L. Just kidding. It would be pretty loud though. Pretty slow here at work.

Pile width........on the JDM catbacks his angle cut makes them 5" wide.

If $100 sounds like a lot I guess your not gonna be buying any tips from Phillips huh.

Oh... I don't know if that's alot of money... I've never really bought exhaust tips. Should I just hold out for a while and buy a baisanni cat-back?

Thats what I would do. just get the entire catback that has the tips built in to the price.

I am just a little confused here.

If you don't want to spend $100 for tips why are you gonna buy the single most expensive catback out there. Bassani is $635+shipping.

Plus I don't think the Bassani tips are any larger than OEM stock...

That's why I said "I THINK". Don't get on my case. My point is, the guy wants the biggest tips, those would be JDM... and like the other guy pointed out, if $100 is expensive, then a $635 exhaust system is sure really expensive!

Easy tiger.........I am not on anyone's case. I know you said You think. And I said You are wrong.

Just to specify.........JDM does not make exhaust tips. They use Magnaflow tips on their catbacks.

Happy Holidays.

Well then , does anybody know where I might get my paws, , on a set of STOCK chrome or polished tips, that could simply be bolted on in place of my originals. I already have a cat-back and I just don't feel like visiting the muffler shop.

Not that my stockers are in terrible shape as I do keep them shiny, but obviously not as nice as chrome or polished tips.

Hey, it's all good! Just stressing out today at work, no offense taken. I said JDM tips, as someone else pointed out the LFP sells Magnaflow tips that JDM uses. To the original poster, $100 is about what you are going to have to pay for a set of nice polished tips. I am partial to the JDM/Magnaflow ones because I have the JDM Silver Bullet exhaust. But Ba-Bolt used to sell super high polished tips for around $100 as well. I am sure by measuring the pipe diameter there are all sorts of pipes or tips you could jam onto the stock system as well. I do agree the Bassani tips are really nice, esp. with that engraving on them... but in this guys case that's alot of coin to drop, also I think he wanted to keep stock system?
