ebay rim and tire question

i have never heard of these tires coming up on the board and wanted to know if they are any good or if i should see if i can get the rims without??

there good tires, but they are taller then the F1's so they may look strange to you.

tks, they looked a bit taller, and more side wall as well, i dont know if i want to give up the cornering also...i look more and see if the rims come alone...
