After much pursuading in the state office, i cornered one of those bastards at the California Air Resource Board and got the skinny of Long Tubes.

Basically, he stated, any time a header MOVES the catalytic converters DOWNSTREAM from the original location, they cannot be legalized due to them not reaching proper operating temperatures to do their job correctly. Also, completely removing the pre-cat doesnt help the situation

Would be cool nontheless to have a set though.

Justin, Did you get the chance to take any pictures of the newly designed JDM traction bars? What changes did Jim make to these bars? Do these traction bars come powder coated and if so do you have a choice in the color? Are the mounting brackets still gold or are they powder coated as well? Lastly will these bars work on a truck that is lowered 4 inches in the rear?

Yup! It is $1110.00 for the long tubes with mid-pipes to the Bassani. The labor is 4 1/2 hours@75/hr. Hope to hear from you soon.
