Hardest part it running all the wires/relays/switches, but that is just because it is tedious work.
EDIT: Just saw Joe's (RT's) response...........come on Joe you can be serious. Remove the 2 screw's that hold the shroud on, disconnect the tranny line, stick a pry bar on the water pump bolt and unscrew the fan.......took me 15 minutes.
