Exclamation Attn '02 L Owners!!!

Please check out your fuse block! Check to see what color relays you have. Someone posted that you may have a relay missing. The person that posted has a problem with the power of their truck.

To be precise, look at fuse block that is under the dash. Person that posted reported that she used to have all 5 relays (take a look at drawing on page 209 of your manual) populated with relays in BLACK packaging, while now (after it was in service) she has relay with YELLOW packaging in position # 2 (relay, NOT fuse), while postion # 3 is now empty. We need to find out a) is there such thing as block with relay in position # 3, and b) is there such thing as block with BLACK relay in position # 2.

i have a true blue 2002 from the top down black, yellow,none, black, black thats first 2 are small ones then a blank then 2 big black ones mines been for service for oil change thats all 8200 miles on it nobody messed with it

None that I know of, but I have solid reason for checking it out.

I have a red 2002 L that has only been in for the first oil change a cracked fog light and an adjustment on the shifter, 4800 miles.
Ok from the top….
1st space Black
2nd space yellow
3rd space none
4th space black
5th space black
