Will i lose TORQ

Well i heard that Longtube headers makes mustangs loose torq. Will i loose any torq if i put them on my L? I ask this because i only have to CATS on my truck and im sure i lost a little torq from that. I dont wanna go putting LT on my truck if im gonna lose more torq. If it matters im running a 4lb pully and my muffler is a magnaflow. I guess what im trying to ask is this will be a bad setup

01 L with 4lb pully, 2 CATS, and Longtubes???? Will i lose more torq?

Thanks

nope, info on tim skeltons site (i love his site), dyno says gained hp, but not a whole lot (not enough to warrant the cost of headers). a gain in hp would mean a gain in torque, unless lt's change redline which they wont. i believe hp is a figure of torque and rpm figured together, if im not mistaken
