Best lower pulley... opinions?
Best lower pulley... opinions?
OK,
I know I am opening up a big can o' worms here...
I want to install a pulley this winter while the L is in the garage. I have decided on a 4lb. lower, which I think will give me a good amount of hp and torque in conjunction with my other mods.
I have looked closely at all the brands out there... JL, JDM, Lightning force, PSP, etc. I still have not decided between them. Is there a difference? Is one easier to install than others? Is the quality different? Does one have much better instructions? There has to be some difference between them and I would imagine there has to be some opinions out there? Thanks!

any of the cageless are fine, the caged pulley makes it a pain to replace the back belt. other than that theyre all the same i think. except i think some of them might be interchangeable.

It's real easy to install, Sal (PSP) provides step by step illustrated installation pictures on his web site. Know what you need to do before you start and it'll take less than an hour. If he's got a deal on a used one, go for it.
YOU WILL HAVE A SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR WHEN YOUR DONE
