True dual exhaust system w/headers for 5.4L
I am looking for information/recomendations/experience with installing a true dual exhaust system possibly with headers for my 2002 F-150 King Ranch, 4dr, 5.4 L engine.

I'm, by no means, an exhaust expert thus, I thought I'd bring this one back to the top and maybe recommend that you post it in the Exhaust Forum...

I don't have a true dual, but I put Gibson headers and a Gibson supertruck exhaust on my truck. The only thing that didn't get replaced were my catalytic converters. I replaced all the pipe and y-pipe so now I have much better engine response and quite a bit more torque.
