I dunno, maybe I'm not up on what's "hot", but 4 tips seems really silly to me. Stick with 1 or 2 for a nice truck look...

4 does seem somewhat excessive but, hey, it's your baby. Do with her what you will...

LOL

I love the technical details underneath the picture. They appeal especially well to my engineering tendencies.

I don't know about 4 out the rear, but here's a picture of mine exiting behind the tire here.

I've got two 3" slant cut tips on each side.

that's how i had it on my old truck ('97 XLT Longbed), but they were before the tire, to save money on piping...it looks like yours are on the driver side...mine were on the passenger side. i think it will look better like you have it screwed in nc. i thought about doing it that way, but i didnt think there was enough room. but obviously, i guess there is

Ah KingRanchSC02, my friend, that's where it get's interesting. Actually, I have the same setup on the passenger side as well. I had the y-pipe removed, put in a Magnaflow X-pipe, the a DI/DO muffler. One outlet is piped to the driver's side, one to the passenger's side. There's two 3" slash cut tips on each side.

I don't think it looks ricey - plus gives you a little more visible chrome.

Oh (afterthought), contrary to some reports, it IS NOT necessary to remove/relocate the spare tire to have duals. There is room.

RP:

Thanks................I think???

I wish they made the Gibson Supertruck in a mirror image. I have wanted to do a similar thing with mine and have one on each side, but Gibson only makes the passenger side exit in the supertruck, so I am SOL. I get lots of comments about the Supertruck being unique, but I think it would look better if it were symmetric. But that's probably just the engineer in me yet again.

Hey dufunnel,

I recall seeing your exhaust exit between the door and back wheel correct? You have any pics of that?
