i was just reading an online review of an '02 king ranch supercrew, and the tester mentioned that his truck had an on/off switch for the passenger airbag. mine doesn't have that...do any of your trucks have the switch...just wonderin'....

nope, he must have had a supercab not a supercrew.

 

Yep - the switch only comes in the regular cab or supercab configuration, to allow for those who have to carry a child seat in the passenger seat to turn off the airbag. All SCrew/Crew Cabs are lacking the option to turn it off.

here is that supposed king ranch s-crew test. read for yourselves about the airbag on/off switch. the article really isn't that informative and makes me wonder if someone just looked through brochures from ford and then sat down to right an article....
