My truck is scheduled to arrive 12/30, ordered it 11/23. Dealer just said that I get the extra $500. He also said something about free 3 year maintenence.

Just my luck!!!

I ordered mine on 11/27. build date 12/31. Seems I'll miss out on these extra goodies. Maybe they will extend the dates. I can dream can't I?

well, first off i am a financial analyst and i ran the numbers for her....one she is a very extremely conservative invester...two she won't be driving the truck in the winter because they salt the roads...if she has the truck paid for you don't have to pay the $125 a month for insurance when the dang thing is sitting in a garage and is covered by her home owners insurance anyways....so ya figure sitting in the garage 4 months a year for three years pluss all the cash back and 2k off the top she will actually save money paying cash....i did the same thing on my truck....

An auto in the garage is NOT COVERED BY HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE. All homeowner's policy's exclude motorized vehicles unless they are used to maintain the premises. ie riding lawn mower. Some policies will cover low hp boats and golf carts.

I do adjust claims for a living and I would rather tell you there is no coverage prior to a loss, than have to tell you that there is no coverage after your garage burns down or is crushed by a tree.
