I got my goodies today. I received my Planner and leather conditioner. I am glad you finally got yours Daveman. I would say your persistance finally paid off.

You were included in my first message, but again thanks for your help. I'm not sure what or who actually arranged for me to finially get my goodies. I called early on and complained to Ford at the 800 number, my dealer called two different regional managers, I called Pamela from your advice so who really knows which one actually got off their *** and did their job. What's really odd though is, after waitning for six months, the damn package was sent to me Fed Ex next day, go figure!

Yea, I really liked that catalog and if I was rich I think I'd want to order some of that stuff but there in lies the problem, I'm not rich.

Hey Daveman after seeing that catalog I was wishing I was rich. I unfortunately have the same problem as you, I am not rich. So I guess I will have to put off my order for now.
