Gentleman, I am new non here so please be gentle. I just got a 2014 King Ranch and the running boards are way to high and my wife is crippled and can't hardly get in. Its there a way yo lower them about 4 inches please?

 

You could get some brackets fabbed up.

Try to find a local welding/fab shop. They can fix that for you in minutes.

Rather than mess with your ground clearance maybe you should look for some of the retractable running boards.
I have a 2002 SCREW with fixed running boards. I also have a 2017 SCREW with the retractable boards. They are 3 or 4 inches lower when activated.
