Hi folks,
Just bought an 08 KR. Love it a lot. However from 9 years of wheel weights being taken off the wheels they could use some help. Has anyone ever done this? I have seen other people do it with other types of wheels for say a Lariat but I am not sure how to do ours since it has shiny and not shiny parts. How do you get rid of the bad section without distorting the shiny vs non shiny sections?

Anyone? Has anyone refinished any wheels?

 

Just checking to see if anyone has had experience since I last wrote this. I called a few places in the area that refinish wheels and they quoted me the same amount as just purchasing aftermarket rims. Problem is for an 08 I havent seen any rims I really like.
