installed as a tool box. I just got my king ranch and didn't really think about the difference the shorter bed had as far as the position of the rear wheel wells being so close to the front of the box.

I was wonder if this tool box would fit or, if the wheel wells are too far to the front.

If it's not a "fit" - does anyone have any suggestions? Was looking for something that could carry luggage and such and keep it dry (without having to buy a tonneau cover).

Any insight is appreciated.

I have the old style Husky tool box with the push buttons on the side and it's still going strong after 7 years.
