Help. Is my seat gone?

Is there anyway to restore this seat? I applied a small amount of leather cpr to the seat and then wiped the excess off and this was the result.

before

after

All the other seats turned out great. I didn't do anything different with this seat.
This was the next day after letting them dry.

Help

Yes, I've read this. If you could provide me with an answer instead of a link, I would appreciate it.

Try the spa method..

HOT water and towel.. Lay Wet towel on seat for a few minutes then wipe the seat down.. It will take a while but its the best way to clean these KR seats. The hotter the water the better it cleans

If all else fails you could always redye the seats to factory color

CPR is a good product but, the leather has to be clean. To me, it appears that the leather is quite dirty... KRC's advice on the 'spa' method is likely best. You may need to resort to some leather cleaners as well.

From my experience, CPR is a good conditioner and mild cleaner. For more agressive cleaning, I'd go with another product and/or the baby wash method. It may take several several several cleanings to get it where you'd like to see it.

Plus, keep in mind that the leather is meant to weather - to a degree. It'll fade in places and has no protective coating on the surface (as do most automotive grade leathers).
