04 Expedition Eddie Bauer-Transplanted King Ranch Interior (Before & After)

I wanted to post some before and after pics of the King Ranch interior I just transplanted into my 04 Expedition Eddie Bauer. They were significantly misrepresented by the recycling yard, so when they arrived looking pretty terrible, stained, and literally "tossed" on a pallet, I was not hopeful that I could turn them around. 2 intense Spa treatments later (for the front seats), and 4 or 5 rounds of Leather CPR later, I'm VERY happy with the outcome! Leather CPR Is a mirracle worker, I don't know as I'll ever use any other conditioner on them!

The seats were also represented as heated, but were not. I ended up installing Rostra seat heaters before I installed them. It's unfortunate that I will lose the Air Conditioned seats of the Eddie Bauer, but the look of the KR is worth it! Swapped the door panels, steering wheel, center console, all grab handles, passenger dash grab handle, and all 3 rows of seats.

I must say, I REALLY appreciate the information here, especially the sticky regarding KR leather care. Without it, I undoubtedly would have used the wrong cleaner or conditioner, which would not have ended well at all!

That was a huge thing to undertake and with the state of those seats you were very brave to tackle it !
Well done !
