Rear Defroster

I have a 2007 f150 king ranch and I was thinkning of sawping out the rear window without defrost with a window that does. Does anyone know if the factory harness is there to plug into. I have heated mirrors and I know they wires the two together.

I guess in the north part of country defrosters are needed. I was thinkin it being a vertical window its hard to have a real problem. Guessing side rear view mirrors are also heated up there??? My ex vehicle had heated side view mirrors and a defroster on rear window. Not a p/u.

Down here defrosters are usefull,, a/c is more needed
