'06 KR Steering Problem

Hey All,
My truck has been so good, it has not been necessary to do much here but lurk. Well, that has changed and now again, I need some advice from the group.
My steering has become very hard to use. While driving, I get the sense that it almost wants to lock in place. Turning is difficult, even modest lane changes seem laborious. We have flushed and replaced the power steering fluid in the hope that this might help. It did not, I have doused the linkage in lubricant including copious application of PB Blaster to try and free up the linkage. That did not do much either, Seemed to help a bit, but soon the problem was completely back.
A funny observation: If I wiggle the steering wheel back and forth quickly, this seems to "free up" the stiff feeling wheel. This does not last, but it seems a bit odd.
Love the truck, might buy another one if I can find it. Would like to get this solved first before offering this one up for sale. Anyone aware of maybe a TSB on this or has anyone heard this problem before? I would be glad to follow up on any info you might be able to provide.
Could use a little help here folks....
Thanks as always,
Grady
