i got a rattle somewhere comin from the box, back window, i can not figure out where its comin from, i tryed to get back there and see if i could hear where it was comin from, but can not figure anything out, i thought it was the back slider latch but that seems to be alright, anyone have this rattle or know of what it could be?

check the shims/pads where the box sits on the frame.... I had a similar issue a long time ago on my 2002... mine had worked loose a little bit.

 

hmm ill look, what did you do to fix the problem?

 

i moved the box on the outside no rattles, pretty sure its from inside maybe
the back window, dont know how to fix that

 

There is a TSB (6-23-6) concerning a back glass rattle on trucks with power rear window option which involves adding felt tape to the run.

 

I have the 02 screw and have a similar problem. Was it an easy fix? I see what looks like a thin rubber pad hanging out from between the box and the frame. Is that the shims you are referring to?
