Does anyone have a solution for the "hard" seat issue on the new F150?

This is my third King Ranch truck. My 2002 F150 had comfortable seats. My 2005 F250 had incredibly comfortable seats that I could compare only to my Continental, and this 2008 F150 (had it nine months) has buckboard seats with a seam that bites the outside of my thigh if I don't change positions continually.

Has anyone dealt with these issues, and if so, How?
