Looking for a Lens Cover for 2001 KR

Looking for a Lens Cover for 2001 KR
About a week ago my wife handed me the lens cover from the courtesy / red warning light on the passenger door that she picked up after it fell out of the truck when she opened the door. 
Two (2) of the plastic retaining clips were missing and it must have been held in place by sheer inertia for who knows how long. Nothing I've tried (or am willing to try) will keep it "installed" so I'm asking if one of the specification / part number gurus can tell me the FORD replacement part number for this lens cover and lead me in the direction to find a replacement with ALL of its retaining fingers in place. Or a recommended salvage source with an internet presence.

Thank you, Patman03SprCrw, for taking the time to locate the item. Off to the Ford dealership today (35 mile drive one way - nice to live out in the country but trips to town can get expensive). Gotta keep the '01 complete. Just turned 98K miles and she's as fine as when she had 1/2 as many miles.
