I just bought a new F150KR and I have just found out that the nav system does not play DVD's after being promised by the salesman that it would. Someone please tell me that there is an easy inexpensive way to get DVD capable.

Technically, it does play DVD's - map DVD's that is. The map DVD is stored behind the face and -no- it does not play DVD movies.
If it's a real big deal to you - go back to the dealer and talk to the sales manager. If all else fails - tell them you want to return the truck! Even if you really don't maybe they'll offer you some kinf of "compensation" for your troubles!
