Article on the web for Castano Leather

Does anybody know where i can find a good article on what exactly castano leather is? Ive been searching the web for a hour and cant find anything. Im trying to get my case togather for court and want something saying that our leather is diffrent than say what is in a dodge ram 1500. Basically Just saying what kind of leather this is. I did some searching on ebay and found a set of KR seats from a 2002 in bad condition for $1200. And found a set of leather seats from a 2006 dodge ram for $300.00. That alot of diffrence right there. Any Help would be appreciated.

Read the sticky in the KR section on cleaning. Lenticular goes into great detail about the leather.

Before Shinesintx gave you his reply........and not because I wrote a lot about the leather .......I was going to suggest you simply print out some of the threads questioning the special treatment that castano needs, and some of the replies that have been given.
If you really need some evidence for court, anyone reading the information posted over the years will realise how special the Castano is...especially if you find the thread where I compare Castano to the leather used in Rolls, Bentley, Aston Martin et al.

Speaking as someone who has been a judge, albeit in the English court system, it would not take long to realise that Castano is indeed a bit special, and more expensive than regular leather.

It wouldn't hurt to have a copy of the saddle shop catalog in court .....the prices in there will soon reflect that castano is somewhat upmarket !!

Oops, I did not see that he wanted the info for court. Sorry. I thought he just wanted general info for personal use.:o
