BTW, this was my old F150, an 04 granted but I think it looked slick with the billet replacement top and bottom....

I think this would look great on a KR.

It looks slick

But my issue, is that my KR does not have chrome.

Your old truck has chrome everywhere, and it looks great.

As far as "back to topic"... its a King Ranch thread, they always get derailed

Billet is not chrome. Problem solved.

Well, I kinda ruined my OEM grille with a product that was too strong for the plastic (Super Clean). It etched the plastic leaving some nasty discoloration on the grille. I swapped out the grille for the Carriage Works polished aluminum billet grille and also installed the lower grille to match.





I think it looks fine. It is a bit of work to polish it up after a long winter, though.

I have billet grill inserts and I do not have chrome bumpers!
(true, the grill surround is chrome, but even painted the billet inserts would look good!)

I opted for the Carriage Works polished grille as well.
