Need Some Opinions

I have an 07 black king ranch with a 2 inch lift. I have thought about taking all the tan edging off and wanted to change it with black so I have a "blacked" out truck. What is everyones opinion and can this even be done?

TJ I kinda dig the 2 tone look these days. I would say don't do it, but at the same time I bet it would look great. Just really into the 2 colors on the trucks. Every car I have ever owned has been black until I bought this truck. Nothing beats a clean black car or truck.

emmit, I was thinking the same thing as well. I dont really want to take away the King Ranch 2 tone but at the same time i think it would look really nice if i blacked it out. Is there a way to do it?

I am honestly the wrong person to answer that. I am afraid a man has to know his limitations and anything past changing the oil or replacing the air filter does just that. Don't those pieces bolt on somehow around the fender well and stuff? These days I don't think there is anything that can't be done. Having a deep pocketbook might be the only requirement. Have you tried searching the internet about removing pieces? Surely there is some info on that somewhere.

I wasnt thinking that it would cost that much but that was just a pure guess. I am still learning though =/. I have not researched it but that is what my weekend internet scavenger hunt will probably be. I was hoping to find somebody to maybe trade with me. Thanks for your help. Where is keller located?

Keller is located about 15 miles North of Ft. Worth and about 30 miles East of Dallas. You might try going up in the forum to the other aftermarket section. Those guys have done everything you can think of to a truck. Might get more info in that section.
