New Ford Owner

Here is my new King Ranch Ford. I have never owned a Ford before, and so far the experience not only with the truck but the dealer was great too. This truck is the smoothest riding, best handling, and has the quietest cab of any truck I have owned, and I have owned a lot of trucks.

My only annoyances are these:

Brakes are terrible

When you get in and out, make sure you literally stand up out of your seat, as if your *** isn't completely coming off the seat before exiting, you bend that little side cushion and over time, it starts cracking and wrinkling and looks like ****

I want to Line-X my bed, but I have never had a white truck before, always black. What does the black Line-X look like on the white truck?

Welcome aboard... You might try resizing those pics a tad too... Just a friendly suggestion...

As for the Line-X, you might check into colors... I know that many of the spray-in bed liner companies will offer coloring. I've seen a few here that have looked KILLER including one that had the 'Running W' put into the rear of the bed. That one was also done in a beige color to match the accents which, might I add, looked great.

For an idea on what it may look like, check out Skagel's gallery. She has an 01 or 02 (can't remember) and has the color-matched spray in.

I have a white '05 KR and a black bed (Rhino vs. Line-x). Frankly, this truck sits so high, only truckers are going to see the color of your bed!

But either way, I think black looks just fine, personally. If you really use your bed, you may or may not want to go the coloring route. Not sure what a tan liner might reveal after several years of abuse...
