Lightbulb interior

i posted on the interior forum also but ill post here to cause it is a king ranch. On my king ranch it there is a lot of noise comin from the plasctic parts in the truck such as by the dash, and mostly from the back seat by the seatbelts, anyone else have sounds like when you hit a bump im guessin its just the plastic parts in the truck is there anything i could do to help reduce the road noise? I have a bed cover i unrolled a little bit to get off the back window that helped, but im lookin for more ideas.

thanks

I pulled most of my dash pieces one weekend and put a thing layer of one side sticky foam padding behind them, with special attention given to the joints and making sure none of it would stick out around the edges and this quieted things down a good bit.

It's worth a shot, but make sure to take your time and do it right!
