King Ranch Accessories

I was just wondering if any of you fellow KR owners have and cool and unique KR mods you've done to your trucks. I thought about maybe getting my front and rear ford emblems painted to match and maybe do some type of KR symbol in the middle. Just stuff like that, i want to hear some ideas also, thanks in advance.

The King Ranch badges were purchased from EBay..they often appear in 150, 250 form etc.......just hacksaw off the bit with the model number on.
The "Running W" 's were again from E Bay but unfortunately my contact info is in the house in Texas...4000 miles away.
Hopefully someone else will fremind us...otherwise wait until October when I come back Stateside!

Lenticular, what color are those Running Dubya's? Are they color matched to your grill, or just a coincidence?

Wow Lenticular, how many KR badges do you have on your Expedition? Overkill IMO, there is something to be said for subtle additions....

In the UK my Bentley, Rolls and Aston are very subtle, but being in the US I fit in with the general bling over the topness generally demonstrated.
In fact I have King Ranch badges on my front door, garage doors, and covering my private parts...though obviously the oversized ones.

As far as the color they are matched to the Arizona Beige of the grill and lower body color.

And PostScript...

I didn't actually ask for, or want, your opinion.

I would not dream of commenting on some of the dreadful stuff I see over there unless a comment was requested.

Lenticular,

No offense, I think as part of a public forum everyone is entitled to their opinion and comments, simple observation on my part, if you want to plaster KR badges everywhere go for it, it's your truck....but I'd take the high horse back to the barn

You are certainly not an idiot....Just Ford's way of making us think that we have outdated colours.

They are similar if not identical, just different names !

Arizona Beige was the name first used when the KR was introduced in '01.

Thank you Lenticular. I've been looking for some understated accessories I can add to the truck, and I believe those emblems would be nice.

I'll see if I can't find some on ebay.

I've had a search and can't find any at the moment...in fact I don't recollect seeing any for a while.

As I said I know I have the contact details in my study desk back in Tx but I won't be there for about 5 weeks.
I may even have some spare ones, though my deteriorating mental state may be deluding me !
The guy who was producing them was doing quite a lot of other stuff too, so hopefully he may still be in business, but I will let you know when I get back over there.

Arizona Beige and Pueblo Gold are not the same color, Pueblo Gold is much lighter than AB.
