Yeah so somebody definitely broke into my truck last night!

And stole all my cds (my avn navi cd is the only one I care about), workout gloves, an old wallet, gym gloves, etc....they didn't take: my avn 5500, flip down tv, edge, subs, amp, ipod, etc...what a ****ing idiot....and why didn't my alarm go off? He broke in by pulling my drivers side window down...I leave them SLIGHTLY cracked underneath the vent visors...then he unlocked it...the cops did get a print, so hopefully something turns up!

Bummer! I doubt that you'll see that stuff again... sounds like a rookie theif not targeting the 'higher dollar' items.

Sorry to hear about that. I can't stand criminals. And it does sound like little punk is responsible.

In hindsite, at least all your "big boy toys" are still there.

BTW......huge FSU fan as well!

A couple of years ago, I was on jury duty. Parked in the parking garage recommended by the court, a block from the courthouse. I left my PDA on the console in the area behind the cup holders. Well, I was gone for less than an hour. Some punk kid pulled the seal along the top of the sliding rear window out, flipped the latch and my PDA was history. I come to find out later that this garage has alot of theft from vehicles reported.

Every car/truck I get I put in an alarm before anything else. The cops took the finger prints, here the guys i.d. could be sitting on the seat and all the cops will say is that sucks for you.

Forget about it and put it out of your mind. Chances are they will not get caught and atleast no real damage was done. They should legalize alarms where flames come out of the handle or it shocks you, but i guess id probably end up getting myself hurt instead lol .

I'll be heading up to Tally soon. I used to go alot, but my friends all graduated from FSU last year. My Girlfriends brother is going up for a visit soon so if i see you in the street's ill flash my lights.

Sorry to hear about that! My girlfriend's parents had their van broken into when they visited my place this past fall. I installed a Clifford Matrix RSX3.5 alarm/remote start on my King Ranch shortly after purchasing it. Definitely get a high dollar alarm system installed!

I and many others on here recommend Travis. Owner of www.kcautosound.com He has best customer service ever and sells what I think is one of the best systems out there. The Code Alarm CA670. It allows you to arm and disarm your alarm with the keypad on the door and has a 2way pager system to inform you of your trucks status. I bet there are about 50 or more of us on here that have used his services for audio, video and security.

Yep, I would go with the code alarm from Travis. He can pre-wire it as well. Makes it really simple.

And yeah, the gloves were new....because you don't work out! And worn once....while driving.....
