Happy New Year from Welsh Wales !!

Happy New Year to all the regulars and not so regulars on the KR Forum !

I am bereft of my KR at the moment being on the other side of the pond but will be back in the US in just over a month to check that it, and the Mustang, are behaving !

Happy New Year to you, John!

If the Mustang ever wants to run away from home, point it my way!

Saying the tourists are good for business does that mean you work over on the island ?
We have several friends with stores over there.

Lenticular, My family owned and managed a part of Amberjacks and owned Bubbas BBQ but recently sold it all to a new owner but we still have a place at Sunchase. I live in and work in Harlingen. Val

I've eaten in both of them, especially Amberjacks, many times.
My favorite restaurant on the island was Josephs now also closed down.
We now have a great place where we know the owners down in Brownsville...an Argentinian restaurant called La Pampa on Ruben Torres.

Our friends on the island own Ship Shape and the Cathouse (Not THAT sort of cathouse anyone whose not been there !)

(We're in Laguna Vista on the Golf Course)

(Though not just now of course...being 4000 miles away!)
