Angry Chrome Mirror Overlays

Hello Fellow King Ranch Owners!

I have a question for the group. Has anyone obtained chromed ABS overlays for the mirrors? Putco has overlays, but the "puddle light"
on the bottom of the mirror housing is partially obscured. I have added chrome door handles and surrounds to the truck. Those black mirror housings stand out like a sore thumb.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

I am not a fan of "stick on chrome" especially on a King Ranch. However Ford does offer a chrome cap for the top half of the mirror.

I don't mind chrome, but it depends on what color the truck is.

However, I would NEVER put chrome crap on a King Ranch. You should get the door handles and upper hales of the mirrors painted to match. That's the FIRST thing I would do if I had a Lariat or a KR. I'm not a fan of the black plastic....

It is up to you, though...

Easier said than done.................... The door handles/buckets have to be removed for a professional job. That's hours of labor for uninstallation
& installation, not to mention prep & painting time. The chrome blends in with a white truck.
If you want to volunteer......................................... ..

Dremel

I added them to my KR and they look great. I test fitted them and cut out for the light with a dremel. I also added the chrome handles and chrome bugshield. Will post some pics soon. Later
