Custom grab handle covers installed (pics)
Did the grab handle mod and do they ever look better. Made a huge difference from the plain handles to adding the leather covers.
Very easy to install. Took about an hour to remove, cover and reinstall all 4 handles.
You can find the covers listed on ebay.

Those look great, I ordered the handles from an 05 to get the same effect as I wasn't sure how these would look, but after seeing them I think I might have to pull the trigger on the door pulls and other grab handle covers to finish out the interior updates...well at least for now...

Do they come pre sewn and just slide over the handle, or did you have to stitch them?

You have to stitch them. They come with everything you need to stitch them on needles and all.

Red, when did Ford stop using leather on the grab handles? My '03 has the leather wraps and I assumed they came that way. Maybe the previous owner made the mod like you've done.
And, have you got the new Eclipse in yet? Can't wait to se and hear about that!
