Not sure on the cutouts or where to buy them... as for the paint, you might check out paintscratch.com (be sure to have them add the flex additive). I know several folks - me included - have used them for various paints and have had good luck with them. They're pricey but, for a quality product that matches dead on, it was worth it.

I purchased a package set (front & rear mud guards) from a 98.1% Positive Feedback Sellar from Ebay for $69.95. This includes shipping. The sellar id is "crcustoms". He has superfast shipping as well. I also had my local Ford dealer to paint them the Arizona Beige. I got the paint scheme idea from XTRUKY (Arizona Beige on top leaving the bottom portion black) . They charged me $75. Don't know if this was a good deal, but it worked for me.

The splash guards do not have what I would call a cut out but they are molded to fit with the running boards. Make sure you gey the right ones as they also sell them for trucks w/o running boards.

Checkout autoanything.com.

Got my Huskys from them - $40 for the front / $65 for the rear (I have a dually).

Ordered Thrusday, received Saturday - an hour later, had them on. They fit just like they were designed and installed at the ford factory.

I like the flat black, but I don't think that it would take too much to convience me to have them painted the arizona beige to go with the lower trim.

BTC - Which spray can kit did you order (non-metal, non-metal with primer, etc)? Any details on how it worked out?
