New to this great site! I spilled acid on my 2001 K/R carpet. Does anyone know any place that sells carpet for the K/R besides Ford($459.00). Any help is appricated. Thanks, Tony

 

Well, that's what you get for dropping acid in your KR!

Where is your spill? There might be better solutions than new carpet, depending on things...

 

the acid was spilled on the tunnel and passenger floor and ate thru the carpet. I need new carpet. Thanks, Tony

 

Dang, that sucks. There are some custom-fit floor coverings out there. I love my Weathertecs in the front but was dissappointed with their idea for the back seats. There have been others who have posted about better products, but I've never seen any pics posted.

If it ate through, though, I would probably shell out the bucks.
