Headrest installed backwards

Help!!! Someone (no names mentioned) replaced the passenger-side headrest backwards in my Kingranch. Could not get it out. I asked a Ford dealer to try to remove it and put it back right. Instead, they turned the drivers side around to match the passenger side. Now, I have to wrongs and no rights. Has anyone ever done this and if so, how can I make it right? They are locked in somehow and won't move.

It wasn't dufunnel... nevermind on that...

According to THIS THREAD, there's a small hole somewhere up where the bars extend downward into the seat where you can insert a bent paperclip or similar to release the headrests...

Just click on the post where it says "THIS THREAD" (that's a clickable link).

That should help...

i got to the thread...I just went out to my truck and looked...the headrest that got stuck on mine is the one in the very back seat behind the passenger seat...my question is where is this magic hole? is it on the black part where the metal legs of the headrest slide into? which side left or right if you are facing the tailgate? I looked, but didnt see anything
