I got engaged!!!

Yes, RP this is KR related because it happened in my truck.

My boyfriend asked me last night in my truck as we were driving to dinner. I was rambling on about the things I wanted to do to Tomas (my F150) once I got my Expedition. And he asked if between the suspension lift and regearing I could squeeze in a wedding.

So in family tradition I can now never, ever, ever get rid of my truck. And in family tradition it will be past down to my son. My parents still have the car my Dad asked my Mom in...well, actually my brother has it now.

Well, he drives an Audi that is 100% factory and I think it gets run through the car wash only when he takes it in for an oil change so he doesn't really understand the KR thing. He just accepts it.

He knows not to touch Tomas.

I am not big on big weddings so that part is all him. I just need to find a KR Limo.

I'll add my best wishes to the list that is sure to grow. My only question is does this effect the name you've chosen for the Expy (Wendy, I believe)? Sometimes marriage affects the little things...

Oh heavens no. Wendy is still Wendy. He knows I am completely irrational when it comes to my KR and knows that I am going to do what I am going to do and there is nothing he can do about it.

Now as for my name I am not sure if I can change my name from skagel or not since I technically won't be skagel anymore.

Besides I have my obsessions and he has his. Of course his obsession just happens to be me!!

And here I was about to leave my wife for you. Ah well, I'll probably just leave her anyway.

Muchos congrats. Any chance that honeymoon will be down on the King Ranch? I guess not since he doesn't get it.

I haven't even begun thinking about honeymoon stuff yet.....Well, maybe some, but not where we will go. I am going to spend the next week or so talking to different wedding planners because I don't want to do anything. Heck I may even have someone else pick out my dress....I want to runaway to Las Vegas and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Don't get me wrong I am very excited and am the luckiest girl on the planet. Heck how could I not be My new KR Expy is on it's way and I am engaged to the most wonderful man alive.

Oh the poor b@sta@rd has no idea what he's in for.

Kidding, congrats.

That's where me and my wife got married/had our honeymoon. Your KR would fit right in here.

Congrats!!!! Now to get registered at the King Ranch Saddle Shop so those wedding gifts will have the KR logo!

Now there's an idea - a wedding registry for King Ranch truck owners - where you can list all those "mods" that you want to install and have your family and friends pitch in to get you want you REALLY want.

I thought it was Oregon. I was born there and lived there for the first 12 years of my life.

As for the King Ranch bridal registery I will run that past him.
