Talking New Owner

Hi All,
I just bought a 2003 KR Supercrew. I just love the hell out of it. I had a choice between this and an 04 plain jane with 20k less on the odometer. I am so glad I picked this one. I'll get a better picture up when I can. I have to detail it out, as most dealers don't know how to do it right.

I am glad I looked here for leather care before I touched the seats! Thanks for putting that info on a sticky.

Thank you Lenny for the warm welcome. I have an 07 150 KR and I'm still getting used to it. I was very interested with the seat conditioner tread. Complete with pictures and ooze test. Allow me to direct you to an outfit that produces high end auto care products. You may have heard of them, www.griotsgarage.com I use their products and are very happy. Their Leather Conditioner is for only "Real" leather. Don't use it on the dash leather decoration, or the magazine holders in the seat backs. I tried a little dab inside them and it turned almost black. but the steering wheel, console, and all other seat parts are fine. Sooo smooth and soft. "Up here in the Northwest 30 mi. from 14,410 ft. Hello to all the KR Owners!!!

My name is Devon and I'm from Cheyenne, WY!!! I bought my KR new in Sept 06 and after 5000 miles I started making all the changes to it. I love it and I REALLY love driving it around. It is so much fun especially with all the after market stuff on. I'm going to continue to do more to it as I save up the funds to improve on it, but like I said it is an awsome truck. How many times do you get to see a KR going down the road with a 6" lift and 35" tires on it? Let me tell you, it sticks out a lot!!!

Welcome !

I'm not sure, and would need to check, but you may be the only one who registered here from Wyoming.

I only went there once, but still have a belt buckle I sometimes wear in the UK.....

"Wyoming is what America was"

Whoever thought that one up did a good job !!

"Wyoming is what America was." That is a very true statement especially the last full week of July of ever year. "World's Largest Outdoor Rodeo" for the past three years now!! It is also the western way of life where everything is slow paced. Cheyenne is growing though due to the Cali's moving to Colo., which in turn is making all Colo. people move north.

Good to see your name too !!

'Devon' is one of my favourite counties in the UK....Down in the South West of England....Spectacular cliff scenery and small hidden fishing villages in little coves.....about as different from Wyoming as it gets !!
