Bluetooth and Floor Mats
Hey everyone! I'm a new KR owner and have been lurking these boards for about a month. I bought black 4x4 by the way. I couldn't be happier with it.
Here's my questions:
1. Has anyone had Ford's Bluetooth communications system installed in their KR? Feelings?
2. I went hunting this weekend, got my mats a little dirty (nothing too bad RP, haha). I love my "custom" mats (even though they're on every KR), but I've always had Husky mats in the past. Is there any way to get customized heavy duty plastic mats (so I won't ruin them)?
Any help you guys can give would be highly appreciated! I've noticed that all you guys not only love KR, but are VERY knowledgeable.

I have the same questions you do about the Mobile-ease (aka 'bluetooth thing') and floor mats. Since Sprint is finally coming out with some bluetooth phones, I think I will definitely get the Mobile-ease. As far as the mats go, I am currently searching for all options and will keep you posted. I have owned Xtreme mats before and was very happy with those, but I don't know which color would look better (gray or tan). Anyway, welcome and congrats!

Search this forum RP had something about the floor mats out here - believe he was going tan (husky liners/mats??)
Search the 04/05 forum they have talked about the moblie ease.

I have a black 2003 KR, and I love it! Good job on the color selection!! Hope you enjoy the truck!

My personal choice for mats are HUSKY LINERS. I had a set in my 01 and I will have the fronts for my 05 either this week or early next week. The rear liners are on back order but should be here by around Christmas (thereotically).
They're top quality and the customer service associated with HUSKY (Winfield Consumer Products) is top notch. I've dealt with them recently and was astounded by the level of attention they gave me and their responsivness to my problem.

The first thing I did on my Dark Stone KR was install the Tan Husky mats. They look great!!! The tan color is almost exactly the same as the diamond plated plastic on the inside step of the doors. Looks like it was designed for this vehicle. I can post some pics this weekend when I get back if anyone is interested. I also installed a Snug Top Super Sport that looks pretty nice too.

I'll definitely be going with Husky, that's what I had in my Tahoe. I'd love to see some photos of anyone who has done this (either in tan or gray). I guess there's no way to get the KR emblem on the mats?
As far as Bluetooth goes, I'll seach the forums and check it out. Does anyone know if it has to be mounted to the dash, etc? I'd really like a seamless integration.
