Do these chairs fold down/up? Or are they none movable?

They fold down to form a flat suface (pending that you remove the headrest). The center console, ultimately, sits slightly higher than the flat portion that you create when you lay the seats down. Thus, if you're wanting to lay something in there like golf clubs or similar, it's very difficult to do because you have one high 'center point' that causes a 'wide' load to be unstable.
