I stopped at a local ford and they have the 04 Lariat that I want with DVD, Audiophile, reverser sensor, etc. Basically everything.

Sticker is 41565, Invoice is about 35500. Rebate is $2000. Salesman is willing to sell for 35600 (with no negotiating, that was his offer). Is this a good deal? I'll pick it up tonight if needed.

I'll post this in the 04 board too so I apologize for the double post but I talk to both groups reguarly.

In my opinion, that doesn't sound like a 'bad' deal... $100 over invoice isn't too shabby.

Make sure he's not going to force an extended warranty down your throat to 'seal' the deal (unless, of course, you're wanting one).

Well I did it....I love the truck and it was the smarter decision based on money, kids, and how well that leather would hold up with spilled sippy cups.

I do love the lariat but hope ya'll don't mind if I hand around and read about the KR...she is still my favorite F150 but it worked out to be about 4-6000 for what amounts to the leather. I just couldn't justify it...
