Make KR leather look new!!

Today I went out to my Ford Dealer and bought me a bottle of KR leather conditioner. My seats were fading pretty bad in the front so I needed to intervene before it got any worse. I ended up killing a whole bottle on just the two front seats and they look awesome. They are nice and dark and soft too.

Your dealership sells this?

Do you have a FORD part number for it?

Also, make sure you stay on top of the leather conditioning/cleaning and it'll take great care of you for years to come. While my interior isn't perfect, it's looking as close to perfect as it could considering that it's coming up on 4 years old!

Further, I think I've decided that I'm going to keep it for several more years as I think the 'wifey-mobile' is the next in line for replacement.

It is that identical bottle but with the new label on it. There is no part number for it, my ford dealership mass ordered a bunch of it and they are selling it for 14.95. Thats cheaper than ordering it through KR!

Ahh, I see.

We had heard word that they were redesigning the product bottle (but not the product) so that King Ranch could utilize it as a conditioner for all their leather goods.

What's the new bottle look like?

The bottles that I have have I think 4 different pictures on it. Small pics of a seat, a breifcase, etc. Happen to see it last night when I reconditioned the seats. GS

yeah, that all important first treatment soaks up the conditioner pretty fast. I don't think I used a whole bottle, but I was conservative with it and didn't wait as long to do it.

I saw a 2001 King Ranch last week that the owner had never conditioned the seats, they looked bad, nothing like they did new.

It's a big pain keeping the seats looking good, but well worth the effort.

Yeah, I kept up with the conditioning for the first two years almost every month, and now I hardly ever have to do it. The seats obviously get broken in after a little while, as I haven't noticed any degradation in the look in quite some time. As a matter of fact, it's probably about time to do them again, as I am coming up on the warranty expiration of my truck.
