Since I don't have mailing addresses for all of the KR family I thought posting our Holiday card cover would suffice. This is our family at the H-J here in Colorado.

Coyote is the cat. He was found in some scrub oak not too far from the house by Rita (the girl dog on the far right) about 18 months ago. His tail was bitten off and he had a broken leg. $800 later at the vets office he became Rita's cat. We think he was dumped by some cruel human and almost consumed by coyotes. Hence, his name.

We've had Rita about 3 years and she too was a pathetic orphan, and has become a wonderful pet. In the middle is our newest addition: Ringo. He's a purebred 5 month old Australian Cattle Dog or Blue Heeler as some folks call them. He's a real character and loves to heard any and all livestock, listen to Western music and ride shotgun in the King Ranch.

Very nice card and pet stories coopersunc. I'm a sucker for wounded pets too but for the last four years, I've been without a pet and decided to raise kids instead.
