Question here on our King Ranches

Now, I have noticed a couple of things and wonder. My 03 King Ranch is a 4X4 and has the rancho suspension, and skid plate. It said on the invoice that the 4X4 was the FX4 same thing, but I didn't have the FX4 decals on the rear only 4X4 decals. On the Super Duty when you get a King Ranch edition, you have to order or buy one that has FX4 as they also just offer the regular 4X4. The FX4 was not an option on the F150 King Ranch, if it was a it automatically had the FX4 stuff except decal.

The second thing is that on the Super Duty, it says Lariot on the badge of the King Ranch edition, but on the F150 King Ranch it does not say Lariot anywhere. What gives?????

Not sure on the FX4 stuff...

The King Ranch is a Lariat. Go look at your window sticker from when you brought her home. It'll say Lariat there... The KR is just a little bit fancier Lariat.

Damon - go to the Ford site and "Build" an 03 King Ranch 4x4.... I think you have this:

King Ranch Enhanced Off-Road Equipment Group

- Heavy-Duty Rancho Shock Absorbers
- Skid Plates (Fuel Tank, Transfer Case and Frame Front Cross Member)

It's different than the FX4 package....
