The final Word on Baby Wash

Check out my steering wheel after cleaning with Dove Baby Wash!

It used to be dark, almost black! This stuff works! In fact, my friend reseached neutral soap on the internet (thanks Lenny) and found that it is the ONLY soap that is truely neutral. Worked on stains in the seat too!

I stand corrected (well she does)!
I bet Johnsons will work just as well.
Good luck.

After doing a little searching online for DOVE BABY WASH, I came up empty... unless I went to Canada or Europe to buy a bottle. I just don't think they're selling that stuff in the states.

Even www.dove.com doesn't list it as an American product.

It's probably too wholesome for the States.

It wouldn't sell unless it had lots of additives to improve color, smell, texture etc.

( Only joking......partly!)

I guess I'll have to try Johnsons as I have a leftover stock as well.

How do you use it? (e.g. how much, mix with water, dab on and beat with a stick)

I'm glad it worked well as I was hoping that I wouldn't have to break out the SOS pads

Poohbear:
I wet a clean rag and put a pen-cap-full or so onto the rag and scrubbed it in until it foamed. Then I took another clean rag and wet it down and wiped away the soap.
Viola!

And the wally-hell report is....

They don't have it. It's a Canadian/European product only I believe...

With that being said, I'll wait patiently until someone tries out the Johnson & Johnson stuff....

Keep us posted...

OMG ,

My steering wheel is almost Black aswell, Dove Baby wash you say. The good news is the local drug store has it and I' am Canadian therefore that is the only advantage I have over you americans and I better enjoy it , Believe me it only happens once in a life time. (jokeing)
If any of you need the DOVE BABY WASH I will ship it to you at whatever it costs me, surely someone down there in the US must have some somewere because if I got to go to the drug store to fill a order of 30 believe me theres going to be questions asked and I live in a small town.

You guys are truly sick, twisted and mentally deranged. To even think of using soap made from baby doves to clean your precious steering wheels is a disgusting thought. It seems that are heavily taxed friends outside of the US of A are still living in the dark ages as far as cruelty to animals goes. I ought to report you to PETA.
What's next? Ivory soap?

BD,

While it may sound uncaring, that's a reduced risk of Dove poop through my sunroof

And besides if Baby Dove Soap is made from Baby Doves, I DO NOT want to think about what Johnsons Soap is made from.

So, did anyone try the Johnson's baby soap? I think Mike said he was going to give it a try. My wheel needs to be cleaned and I've got the "Johnson" to do it with.
