I don't know about you all but I had to have my steering wheel replaced. I have an 01 Lariat with beige leather. The wheel developed black patches that looked like they would clean off but the beige was actually coming off. The dealer said that it was a fairly common problem and replaced the wheel at no charge. It took only about 10 minutes. I really think I would have felt better if it had taken a little bit longer. Don't want the darn thing coming off in my hand. Since I'm now in the market for a KR, I hope the 2-tone wheel holds up a little better.

The Eagle Ottowa product used to be available at WallyHell but, as of recently, they dropped the line.

My guess is that you're going to have to find it online and order it now... sorry.

Also, be reminded that the leather on our steering wheels are UNCLEARCOATED unlike the aforementioned Lariat wheel. And, if I'm not mistaken, the zones between the leather on the KR steering wheel is not leather... it's pleather. Just like the seats on the Lariat... the only leather on those seats are the top of the seat and the back of the seat. In short, where your skin can touch. Otherwise, it's pleather.
